Inventory and Warehouse Specialist

Job Description: 

Inventory and Warehouse Specialist positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Opelika, Alabama). Monitor and control inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material flow using SAP and ERP systems. Analyze inventory and warehouse data to identify shortages and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for warehouse and inventory performance tracking. Collaborate with IT and production teams to improve system integration and data accuracy. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify physical inventory against system data. Participate in process automation and continuous improvement activities. Provide user support and training for SAP/ERP-related inventory and warehouse operations. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

• Education, training, or experience must include: 

o Working in inventory or warehouse management using SAP or ERP systems.

o Performing data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, or Python

o Identifying and implementing process improvements

• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
