What You'll Do

Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process
Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
Build relationships that create lifelong customers
Develop strong product knowledge to help guide customers in their decisions
Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Coachable and motivated to succeed
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience for insurance purposes
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
