Body Shop Helper

Body Shop Helper – Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

Sterling Collision Center in Opelousas, LA is hiring a Body Shop Helper to support our technicians and keep the shop running efficiently day-to-day.

This is a hands-on, active role. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to get started in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Move vehicles, parts, and materials throughout the shop
• Receive and organize incoming parts and deliveries
• Assist technicians and the Body Shop Manager as needed
• Keep the shop, work areas, and restrooms clean and organized
• Take out trash and maintain a safe, clutter-free environment
• Help with general shop tasks and errands as needed

• Dependable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet most of the day
• Takes direction well and stays productive without constant supervision
• Team player with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be 18+ years old due to insurance purposes
• Able to lift and move parts/materials regularly
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, full-time (no weekends)
