About the Role: (PRN-on call position)

The Nursing Assistant plays a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings across the United States. This position focuses on supporting licensed nursing staff by providing essential patient care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities to promote patient comfort and well-being. The Nursing Assistant ensures adherence to infection control protocols and wound care procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. By maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team, the Nursing Assistant contributes to the continuity and quality of patient care. Ultimately, this role is vital in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting the overall healthcare delivery process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent as required by state regulations.
  • Basic proficiency in computer use for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care and mobility assistance.
