Anesthesiologist – AdventHealth Fish Memorial & AdventHealth DeLand

As US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) continues to expand beyond our Greater Orlando sites, we’re excited to offer new opportunities in our Northeast Division, serving AdventHealth Fish Memorial and AdventHealth DeLand. These two hospitals are ideally located—equidistant from downtown Orlando and Florida’s world-famous Atlantic beaches—offering an exceptional balance of professional fulfillment and lifestyle appeal.

Multiple W2 Options Available!

• Full Time Call Taking Associate:

  • Compensation: $540,000 annual salary

  • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 with a 3 year commitment to the organization

  • Call: 1 Weekday per week, 1 weekend per month (Day shift + call during the week, 48 hour weekend - all from home with a very low call-back rate!)
  • 10 weeks' vacation
• Full Time Weekend Position:
  • Compensation: $550,000 annual salary
  • Sign-On Bonus: $150,000 with a 3 year commitment to the organization
  • Schedule: Friday 3pm - Monday 7am 
  • 10 week's vacation
• Full Time Non-Call Position (ASC):
  • Compensation: $385,000 annual salary
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 with a 2 year commitment
  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 7a-3p (40 hours/week)
  • 6 weeks' vacation

Qualifications

• All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology 
• Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges
