ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
As the Cook, you’ll prepare meals, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with regulations.Â

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks that fuel children’s growth and day. Â
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Â
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for every child. Â
- Manage inventory and supplies to keep everything stocked and ready. Â
- Support children’s needs by accommodating allergies and dietary requirements.Â

Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Â
- Prior experience in food service, childcare, or institutional meal preparation. Â
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.Â
- Ability to meet all state and local health department requirements. Â
- Must be at least 18 years of age.Â
