8am-5:00pm; donor and community group events attended as needed. Flex schedule available.

-Computer skills and web-based tools required

-Professional communication and high organized efficiency required

-Networking and high level of interactive personal skills required

Job Summary: Responsible for a broad range of administrative support ensuring fluid day-to-day operations.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.

Work Experience: 3 - 4 years of related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access as might be used in the preparation of correspondence and reports. Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to be detailed oriented and multitask. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Working knowledge of established operations policies and procedures. Ability to be detail oriented as might be required in the examination of numerical data. Ability to type 50 words per minute.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provides administrative support and coordinates work flow processes within assigned department(s) to ensure smooth and organized operations. Maintains various documents, records, prepares reports/graphs/chart, spreadsheets, policies and procedures, legal files, licensure, and assists in ensuring appropriate regulatory compliances. Screens, receives and directs telephone calls and visitors. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meeting and travel itineraries. Coordinates related arrangements. Serves as a resource for external and internal departmental inquiries. Distributes mail, reports, memoranda and other documents pursuant to management request. Orders and maintains office supply inventory. Serves on various committees as related to department/cost center responsibilities.

Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.

Working Relationships: Leads others in same work performed (does not supervise). Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff.
