The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $87,600 to $109,500Â

Job Summary
This position provides functional/business analytical support to the Business Readiness & Support (BR&S) team. From an operational perspective, the team member in this position will review daily error logs and conduct root cause investigation and analysis into billing and invoice related problems in both test and production environments. From an enhancement perspective, the team member in this position will conduct and support business analyst efforts for all phases of the development life cycle including requirements definition, functional design, testing, and production implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day production support for Customer Service business units.
- Effectively identify, communicate, prioritize, document, and resolve SAP CCS and/or related interface production issues between business, IT, and/or vendors.
- Work closely with IT development resources and the CS teams on solution alternatives to resolve customer related defects, new developments and establish standards, procedures, and documentation of SAP system enhancements.
- Project support with business units, IT, and/or external vendors to understand, define business requirements and implement regulatory objectives in line with CCS system and/or related interfaces.
- Support analysis, project schedule, requirements/design documentation, test plans, testing, test result documentation, implementation, and post implementation support.
- Effectively prioritize and resolve project issues between business, IT, and/or vendors
- Create, maintain, and promote standard documentation (i.e., Requirements, test plans, test cases, project schedules, implementation plans, procedures, instructions, inventories, check lists, reference materials, training materials, templates, etc.)
- Ensure appropriate quality controls are in place and utilized relating to adequate audit mechanisms within the department operations.
- Ensure consistent and effective change control, quality assurance procedures, and corrective actions are utilized
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience preferred.
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of 5 to 7 years relevant experience required.
- High School/GED with a minimum of 8 to 10 years advanced experience in this specific field.
