In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the organization to analyze business needs, troubleshoot system and data issues, and help deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. What You’ll Do
System Monitoring & Support
- Monitor and maintain daily CRM data imports and exportsÂ
- Ensure the stability and performance of CRM-related systems and databasesÂ
- Troubleshoot data flow, API, replication, backup, and validation issuesÂ
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve system and data concernsÂ
- Support CRM software deployments and production updatesÂ
- Maintain development, testing, and training databasesÂ
Business & Data Analysis
- Investigate and analyze data issues reported by end usersÂ
- Perform ad-hoc database queries and technical analysisÂ
- Support business requirement gathering and solution designÂ
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliabilityÂ
- Analyze import/export processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiencyÂ
Project Collaboration
- Participate in projects from planning through production rollout and post-launch supportÂ
- Help create and maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, release notes, and project materialsÂ
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to deliver effective solutions on aggressive timelinesÂ
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute testing plans for CRM and integrated systemsÂ
- Document and communicate bugs, enhancements, and fixes with development teamsÂ
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather business sign-offÂ
Teamwork & Support
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams across the organizationÂ
- Occasionally assist with help desk and general IT support as neededÂ
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with 4+ years of relevant SQL/database experience
OR - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related disciplineÂ
- Experience supporting database-driven applications (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesÂ
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environmentÂ
Preferred Experience
- SQL Server and data/business analysis experienceÂ
- CRM and/or ERP systems experienceÂ
- Data import/export and SSIS experienceÂ
- Insurance industry experience or licensing knowledge is a plusÂ
- UML or technical documentation experience preferredÂ
Technical Skills
- Microsoft SQL Server (preferred), MySQL, or OracleÂ
- Database maintenance and troubleshootingÂ
- Data analysis and reportingÂ
- API and data integration conceptsÂ
- CRM/ERP platformsÂ
- Attention to detail and quality assurance practicesÂ
