A CNA delivers quality complex care services, focusing on maximizing resident's individual capabilities in accordance with all laws, regulations, and standards. As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and/or administering medications and treatments in a manner that assures patients safety and their well-being. QualificationsSuccessful candidates will be able to: Follow all policies and procedures for medication administration and delivery. Ensure proper transfer of medication cart between shifts. Lift, turn, move, position, and transport residents Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting Accurately document and chart patient care Respond to call lights promptly and courteously Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents and staff Communicate and function productively using reasoning skills and good judgment Physically lift 35lbs
