Regency Plumbing & Piping has been a commercial plumbing contractor since 1952, building in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. We're launching a dedicated service division for commercial properties and looking for an experienced leader to run it. Early on you'll be hands-on — running calls, quoting jobs, growing the client base. As it grows, the emphasis shifts toward developing technicians, running day-to-day operations, and scaling the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage active service jobs from initiation through completion
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch — right tech, right job, right sequence
• Hire, supervise, train, and develop service technicians
• Run service calls yourself when coverage requires it
• Present and sell service solutions to property and facility managers, engineers, and building owners
• Develop new commercial accounts and grow service agreements and preventive maintenance contracts
• Monitor job costs and sold hours to hit profitability standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial plumbing background — you can diagnose water, waste, and gas systems yourself
• Leadership experience supervising technicians and holding people accountable
• Sales or service advising background; comfortable closing work with facility decision-makers
• Job costing awareness — you can read a job and explain where the margin went
• Comfortable with CRM / field service software and spreadsheets
• Valid driver's license — operating company vehicles is an essential function

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 - $120,000 base depending on experience, plus profit sharing, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO.
