Under the direction of the Site Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of the patients, conducting diagnostic testing, telephone triage, evaluating patient care and problem solving patient care needs. This position will works in a collaborative relationship with physicians and all other members of the health care team. In addition, this position plans and implements patient and family education.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or High school diploma with equivalent (2 years’) related experience may be substituted to meet education requirements.
- Graduate from a qualified Medical Device Technical Program.
- Coursework/Training: Successfully completed a formal comprehensive training program in electrophysiology that facilitates a minimum of 6 months didactic training and exposure to the field.
- New graduate from medical device program considered.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
- 2 years Medical device experience.
- Prior utilization of Paceart database.
- 1 year Cardiac catheterization lab highly desirable
- Experience with documentation and technical writing skills in a regulated compliance environment.
- Electronic medical records highly desirable.
