Knowledge of chemical processes, including basic Chemistry and physics. - Experience / ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). - Must be able to work in a team-based environment with all levels of the organization. - Actively participate in process operation to provide the maximum benefit for the  business. - Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively. - Able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks. - Maintains and displays a positive attitude. Is coachable. - Ability to work with outside personnel, including corporate or vendors. - Complete all tasks in a safe and environmentally sound method. - Responsible for the plant and equipment condition in his/her assigned area.  Any additional duties as assigned by Manager.    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma or equivalent - Two years manufacturing experience - Chemical plant experience desired |
