Human Resources

路 Drive recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.

路 Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.

路 Maintain employee records and ensure personnel files are accurate and up to date.

路 Serve as local point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs.

路 Engage in employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace concerns.

路 Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

路 In conjunction with Plant leadership administer performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

路 Administer employee benefit enrollments and changes and respond to employee inquiries.

路 Track attendance, paid time off, and other employee-related records. Assist Corporate payroll processing.

路 Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.

路 Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state employment laws.

路 Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics as requested.

路 Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.

路 Conduct separation processes, exit interviews, and related documentation.

路 Partner with managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.

路 Perform other duties as assigned.

Safety

路 Supports company safety programs including coordinating safety training, assisting in accident investigations, OSHA record 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽keeping and workers compensation claims.

路 Disseminates safety and regulatory information within the facility.

路 Assists Plant leadership with safety inspections to recognize unsafe conditions or behaviors; provide training where needed.

路 May perform other safety duties as required with Plant growth & expansion.

Requirements

聽聽

Education & Experience

路 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.

路 Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience; preferably a sole practitioner.

路 Manufacturing experience is strongly desired.

路 Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

路 Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

路 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

路 Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

路 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

聽聽Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with employees and management.

路 SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred.
