The Role We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Farmington and Hartford locations. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families seeking advanced reproductive services, including IVF and other Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). This is a collaborative position that requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient education and support. What You'll Do Educate and guide patients on procedures, treatments, and medication management to promote health and compliance, and provide emotional support and counseling referrals to address patients' psychological needs. Conduct patient intake and assessments, coordinate interdisciplinary services, and assist physicians with procedures and exams. Perform patient follow-ups and maintain thorough documentation in the EMR, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards, including consents and regulatory requirements. Triage patient calls, providing guidance based on clinical assessments. Collaborate with billing teams to secure authorizations and pre-certifications for procedures. Participate in team meetings, cross-training, and support at satellite locations to ensure consistent patient care, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities. What We're Looking For Required Active RN license in Connecticut 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform in a high-pressure environment Willingness to travel between locations, as needed Preferred Experience in reproductive endocrinology, infertility (REI), or IVF Background in labor and delivery or ambulatory surgery Phlebotomy and IV start skills Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) Schedule This role is based primarily at our Farmington, CT location. Once orientation is complete, the schedule shifts to include time at our Hartford location, up to 50% of the week. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend rotation approximately every 6 to 8 weekends.
