Build relationships through consistent customer calls, visits, and consultative selling. Demonstrate equipment, present solutions, and tailor specifications to client needs. Expand market share by identifying opportunities and securing new business. Promote value-added services such as preventative maintenance and repair programs. Track leads, activity, and mileage in the company’s CRM system. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to sales leadership. Represent Five Star Equipment at sales meetings, trainings, and customer events. Qualifications✅ What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of proven outside sales success in a competitive industry (equipment sales preferred). Background in construction, forestry, or related industries a plus. Strong communication, consultative sales, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to operate and demonstrate compact construction equipment. Flexibility to travel across the territory and work in varied environmental conditions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background screening.
