We're hiring a Maintenance Technician at Green Lake Apartments who takes pride in their work, respects residents and teammates, and brings integrity to every repair and interaction. Pay & Benefits:

$23.00 – $26.00 per hour
Up to 50% rent discount
Quarterly bonus opportunities
$15.00 a day for On-call pay

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
Respond to service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a resident-first mindset
Complete preventative maintenance and apartment turns to ensure quality living experiences
Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas
Support emergency maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call rotation

What You Bring:

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between local communities as needed
HVAC/EPA Certification highly preferred
Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or related environments
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
