We're looking for high-energy, motivated Sales Associates for our North Tonawanda, NY dealership. In this exciting role, you’ll be part of a fast-growing, vibrant RV and marine industry, where success is limitless, and fun is a must! No sales experience? No problem! We believe in potential, passion, and drive. We’ll provide the tools and training you need to excel, including a training salary during your first 60 days to help you get started.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a fun buying experience that our customers will never forget!
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication throughout the sales process.
- Set, meet, and exceed sales goals with confidence.
- Be the go-to liaison between customers and all departments.
- Conduct impressive walk-through presentations and stay in touch with potential buyers.
- Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and special vendor sessions to keep your skills sharp.
- Attend exciting RV shows, 2-3 times a year.
- Most importantly, have a blast selling dreams on wheels and waves!

Requirements
What You Need:
- A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills and a valid NYS driver’s license.
- The ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- High School Diploma required; college degree is a plus.
