Job DetailsJob Location: EXC Orchard Park NY - Orchard Park, NY 14127Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 SalaryJob Summary Manages the operation of a satellite location/facility within Excelsior Orthopaedics footprint. Responsible for the day-to-day and strategic functions of the site through a range of administrative, clinical, and managerial functions. This role is ultimately responsible to ensure all facets of our Core Values a present in every patient and team member interaction. Job Duties Manage all staff reporting to the site; ensure performance expectations are met; deliver performance conversation as needed Participate and/or manage the staffing schedule to ensure proper staffing levels not only at your site but all sites Work closely with physicians and mid-levels to ensure the proper level of clinical and clerical support is provided Work closely with human resources to interview, select, and train new staff Handle site-wide communication professionally and timely Coordinate facilities issues with landlord or in-house facilities team, as appropriate Review processes regularly and recommend improvements/changes that enhance patient satisfaction levels and/or increase team member job satisfaction Handle patient advocacy issues on site and coordinate resolution with Manager of Patient Advocacy Handle coordination of other services for patients and/or staff, such as billing, IT, inventory Work as part of the Operations Team Handle special projects as assigned QualificationsJob Qualifications 3 years leadership experience in a clinical setting OR a clinical degree + 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting BS degree in related field Proven demonstration of problem solving skills and techniques Proven effective communication across all levels of the organization
