Job Summary
Join our Cardiac & Vascular Lab team and assist physicians with diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic cardiac and vascular procedures. You'll perform scrub, monitor, and X-ray technologist duties while ensuring patient safety, radiation safety, and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cardiac and vascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Prepare patients, maintain a sterile field, and operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
- Recognize cardiac arrhythmias and monitor hemodynamic waveforms.
- Perform radiation safety and equipment quality checks.
- Administer intra-coronary/intra-arterial medications under physician supervision.
- Perform point-of-care testing (ACT, ABG, glucose, oxygen saturation).
- Obtain hemostasis after procedures and participate in a 30-minute on-call rotation.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- 12+ months of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, EP, Interventional Radiology, or Special Procedures.
- ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- Oregon Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License or Washington Certified Radiologic Technologist License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (per hiring timelines).
- Ability to obtain RCIS, RCES, ARRT (CI), or ARRT (VI) within 12 months of hire.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in scrub, monitor, and X-ray technologist roles.
