Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment. In this role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships by delivering real-time technical support, proactive training, and solutions that directly improve how customers operate and maintain their equipment. What You Will Do: Provide technical expertise with those customers who are operating equipment in the field with immediate, over-the-phone assistance Provide consultation and training to customers and dealers on servicing, repairing and operating units Produce detailed reports on service calls Work with Parts Department to ensure availability of replacement needs as well as maintaining healthy inventory levels Conduct trainings and service meetings for customers, dealers, and dealer service personnel as requested by supervisor Partner with the Engineering Department to address product operation and serviceability improvement opportunities Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:  A 2-year degree, equivalent vocational training in related field, or experience in the field is preferred. A broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices, as well as specific manufacturing and servicing methods is required. Must have broad knowledge of the Company’s total manufacturing process as well as all of the product lines. Good communication skills are a must. Three to five years of experience in a similar capacity is desired. Physical Requirements: Frequent climbing, bending, twisting and/or lifting approximately 55 pounds (and periodically heavier loads approximately 75 pounds) will be required. The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member. Performance will be measured on the function/duties described in the position description, accomplishments during the review period, and the methods/work skills used to achieve the goals.
