Job Description

Join nVent Management Company as a Builder Lead and become an integral part of a world-class team dedicated to manufacturing excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and support assembly tasks, ensuring flawless execution and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in constructing Trachte buildings, making a significant impact through your expertise and leadership!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Framing and installing interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors, door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units
  • Maintaining an excellent driving record and operating company vehicles safely
  • Representing nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct during on-site services, whether working with customers, customer representatives, subcontractors, or fellow employees
  • Striving to build an enjoyable workplace environment that engenders pride in our products, focuses on customers, and fosters individual responsibility and ideas
  • Successfully implementing other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Two years of related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable

Schedule:

  • Hours are 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
  • Opportunities for extra hours on Friday are available
