Marketing Intern

Join our team as a Marketing Intern at our Corporate Office in Oregon!

This summer internship is a great opportunity to bring your creativity to life while gaining hands-on experience with a collaborative corporate marketing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting digital content and marketing materials that make an impact across our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms

• Assist with developing creative marketing campaigns and digital storytelling

• Design and enhance presentations and marketing materials (PowerPoint, decks, visuals)

• Support event planning, coordination, and promotion

• Draft and assist with press releases and marketing communications

• Organize and maintain marketing files and creative assets

• Participate in property tours and capture content when applicable

• Attend internal and external meetings as requested

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends

• Experience or interest in creating visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint or similar tools)

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $20/hour

• Full-time, temporary summer position (first week of June through end of August)

• Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours

• Hands-on experience creating social media content and marketing materials
