Location: Oreland, PA
Schedule: Week shifts include (2) 12-hour shifts as well as (3)6 hours shifts totaling 38-42 hours per week
Availability Required: Weekdays and weekends, with evening weekend availability required
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
- Assist with daily routines and activities as needed.
- Accompany the client on daily walks of up to three miles.
- Encourage social engagement, conversation, and recreational activities.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior.
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Support the client's independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Follow care instructions and maintain accurate documentation when required.
- Build a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with the client and family.
- Demonstrate patience, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions.

- Completion of a recognized Direct Care Worker training program or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous caregiving, Home Health Aide, or companion care experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend schedules.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- $16 to $20 per hour
