This is your chance to dive headfirst into the high-stakes world of real estate investment. We’re looking for a sharp, driven student to join our team and get hands-on experience in every stage of the deal life cycle—from the initial spark of an acquisition opportunity to the last handshake at disposition. You won’t be observing from the sidelines; you’ll be in the arena, contributing to real deals that shape communities.

What You’ll Actually Do:
  • Master the Deal: You’ll underwrite individual properties and entire portfolios, building and tweaking the financial models that determine whether we win or walk away from new acquisitions and refinancing deals.
  • Be the Storyteller: Transform raw data into compelling narratives. You will evaluate the performance of the portfolio and produce thorough reports and investor presentations that explain the numbers to partners and lenders.
  • Drive the Process Forward: Participate actively in our deal flow. You'll oversee the hectic, quick delivery of due diligence documents to potential purchasers and assist in maintaining the rapid pace of both acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Become a Due Diligence Detective: Get your hands dirty by performing in-depth analyses of financials, market trends, and operational realities at the property level in order to find opportunities and risks that others might overlook.
  • Create Content That Counts: Move beyond spreadsheets and produce interesting content for newsletters and investor updates to keep our partners informed and motivated.


Who We’re Looking For:
  • An incoming Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, or a related field.
  • Someone who speaks Excel and isn’t afraid of a complex financial model (prior experience with financial modeling is a must).
  • A natural communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person.
  • A master of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bonus points if you have prior experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity, but it’s not a deal-breaker. Your drive and aptitude are what matter most.
