HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES

The Personal Training Field Manager elevates the impact, performance, and results of Personal Training across a territory of VASA clubs. By partnering with District Managers, General Managers, and PT Leaders, this role drives PT sales, session execution, and client retention while coaching and developing trainers to deliver world-class experiences.

This role requires someone who can operate at every level of the business--from the granular details of PT metrics to the big-picture view of profitability, retention, and growth. You'll take strategy from C-level leadership and cascade it into actionable, inspiring plans for the club floor. Teaching PT sales--especially how to close--is a core part of the role, so confidence in execution and coaching is essential.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success means making measurable improvements quickly. You'll build strong partnerships with DMs and GMs, get to know your trainers, and bring structure, energy, and focus to the Personal Training experience.

  • First 30--60 days: Assess focus clubs, identify opportunities, and create action plans to improve PT performance.
  • By 90 days: Execute your initial PT focus plan, elevate session delivery, and coach trainers toward higher conversion and retention.
  • Over time: Your impact will be reflected in stronger PT revenue, more engaged trainers, and clubs where PT feels energized, results-driven, and aligned with VASA's mission.

WHO CAN THRIVE IN THIS ROLE

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, extroverted leader who thrives on developing people and driving results. You understand how to motivate teams, inspire confidence, and bring positivity to every interaction.

The right person:

  • Can drive measurable results in a short time window (4--8 weeks per focus club)
  • Has coached underperformers back on track, turning challenges into growth opportunities
  • Is strategic yet hands-on, translating business goals into daily execution
  • Brings energy, presence, and culture to every room, helping others rise with them

  • COMPENSATION: $65,000--$75,000 annually + $1,000 Monthly Bonus Opportunity
  • Additional perks: Mileage reimbursement and phone stipend
