Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Orem. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team! Position is part-time, 3 shifts/week, 3pm-11pm or 7am-3pm shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Hilton and/or hotel front desk experience a PLUS.

  • Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Assist with guest requests to ensure a positive stay experience, resolve guest problems
  • Ensures the safety and security of our guests and associates
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
