About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will support our advisors by preparing account paperwork and following up account openings to ensure timely completion. If you are organized, reliable and looking to build a career in financial services in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is a part-time, in-office role stationed in Orem, Utah.


Your Impact:

  • Account Processing: Draft, review and submit account opening paperwork, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate before submission.
  • Follow Up: Track and follow up on pending accounting openings, coordinating with custodians and internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards before submission.
  • Team Support: Assist advisors and service teams with administrative tasks related to account setup and maintenance as needed.


Who You Are:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • A reliable communicator who follows through on outstanding items
  • No prior financial services experience required

 

Your Toolkit:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow established processes and ask questions when something doesn’t look right.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
