This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Learn daily branch operations and company procedures.
- Help achieve sales, revenue, and operational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist with fleet management, vehicle inventory, and logistics.
- Support employee training, scheduling, and team development.
- Maintain high standards for vehicle quality and branch appearance.
- Develop leadership skills through mentoring and hands-on management experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Previous customer service, sales, or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership potential.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated with a desire to advance into management.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations (car rental experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
