Burtness Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team in Orfordville, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning about vehicle technology, and providing an outstanding customer experience in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships before, during, and after the sale.
  • Coordinate with sales management, finance, and other dealership departments to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to promote satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Accurately complete and maintain customer and sales documentation.
  • Remain knowledgeable about current vehicle models, incentives, and dealership programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating Saturdays.
