- High School Diploma or GED (Required)Â

- At least one (1) year of experience in home care, long-term care, or a similar healthcare settingÂ
- A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindsetÂ
- Strong communication and observation skillsÂ
What You’ll Do
✨ Create a Clean & Safe Home EnvironmentÂ
- Perform light housekeeping (bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)Â
- Assist with laundry, dishes, and general tidyingÂ
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and organized living spaceÂ
Provide Personal Care & Daily Living SupportÂ
- Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, shaving, and transfersÂ
- Support mobility, ambulation, and prescribed exercise routinesÂ
- Help with eating and other daily living activitiesÂ
️ Support Nutrition & Meal PreparationÂ
- Prepare and serve balanced mealsÂ
- Assist with feeding when neededÂ
- Ensure dietary needs are followed according to the care planÂ
❤️ Monitor Health & Well-BeingÂ
- Observe and report changes in physical or emotional conditionÂ
- Document personal care activities, vital signs, and intake/output as requiredÂ
- Communicate important updates to the Staffing CoordinatorÂ
Promote Safe MobilityÂ
- Assist with walkers, wheelchairs, and hoyer liftsÂ
- Encourage participation in range-of-motion and prescribed exercisesÂ
- Support family members in safe caregiving practicesÂ
Medication AssistanceÂ
- Assist with self-administered medicationsÂ
- Retrieve medications, read labels, and support proper intakeÂ
- Document medication assistance and ensure proper storageÂ
️ Infection Control & ComplianceÂ
- Follow CDC hand hygiene and infection control guidelinesÂ
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training standardsÂ
Work ScheduleÂ
- Flexible shifts available 24/7 based on client needs and your availabilityÂ
- Hours vary by assignmentÂ
