Job Description

Westgate Resorts is hiring a full-time Pressure Washer – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm) in Orlando, FL, offering $16/hr and immediate start availability. This on-site role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our resort’s outdoor spaces, walkways, building exteriors, and recreational areas. As a Pressure Washer, you will operate commercial equipment to ensure our resort remains clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver high‑quality results in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
• Spray sidewalks, stairs, grills, pools, and other areas using sprayer nozzles, or immerse objects in cleaning and rinsing solutions to remove debris.
• Remove debris from surfaces and objects.
• Measure and apply specified quantities of soap, chemicals, or cleaning solutions.
• Clean sidewalks, curbs, roads, and buildings as assigned.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Assist in training fellow employees on pressure washing techniques and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
