The Florida Agency Network is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Real Estate Closer / Processor to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role works closely with the closing team to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties involved in the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate real estate transactions from opening through post-closing 
  • Work collaboratively with the Closer and team members to ensure smooth and efficient closings 
  • Review title commitments, lender closing instructions, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance 
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve title issues, discrepancies, and closing requirements in a timely manner 
  • Order, review, and disclose surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, title searches, payoffs, and other related documents 
  • Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs), settlement statements, and other closing documents with accuracy and completeness 
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and attorneys to schedule and facilitate closings 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties to ensure quick and accurate transactions 
  • Ensure all title, lender, and compliance requirements are satisfied prior to closing 
  • Assist in preventing and resolving potential closing issues or claims before, during, and after closing 
  • Disburse funds according to closing instructions and company procedures 
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions and post-closing documentation 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional support throughout the transaction process 
  • Stay current with industry regulations, compliance standards, best practices, and continuing education requirements 
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment 

Qualifications

  • Experience processing and/or closing real estate transactions in a title company, law firm, or mortgage environment 
  • Strong knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, and lender instructions 
  • Ability to review and resolve title issues efficiently and accurately 
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Effective communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with title and closing software systems and Microsoft Office applications 
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance standards, and closing procedures 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
