We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to assist customers via live phone calls. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability for real-time problem solving. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for the service departments in our dealerships, provide product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience with a focus on making service appointments.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and promotions. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. 
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone in all customer interactions. 
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer satisfaction. 
  • Ask qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.
  • Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly.
  • Meet or exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Provide reporting and approved communications to dealership management.

 
What are the requirements for this job?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information
  • 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous industry experience (preferred)
