What You’ll Do

• Conduct roof inspections by safely accessing and evaluating residential roofs
• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and replacement options
• Prepare project estimates and present roofing solutions
• Facilitate project agreements between homeowners and Universal Roof & Contracting
• Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal lead generation

Requirements

• Roofing Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and opportunities
• Ability to transport and carry a ladder and safely walk on roofs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
