📍 Location: Orlando, FL
💰 Pay: $30–$34/hour
🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday, full-time + OT; Saturdays as required
Weekly Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours with overtime opportunities

Position Overview
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity. As an Electrical Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with electrical codes. You will manage crews of up to 10–15 electricians, lead medium to large-scale commercial projects, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot electrical systems, and mentor electricians and apprentices. This role offers diverse, hands-on work with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

  • Plan, assign, and direct electrical work for installations, upgrades, and repairs.

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installations and troubleshoot issues.

  • Install and maintain electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, transformers, motors, lighting, and control equipment.

  • Troubleshoot electrical faults in power distribution systems, control circuits, and equipment.

  • Ensure NEC, OSHA, and company safety compliance; conduct safety meetings and monitor jobsite conditions.

  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.

  • Monitor crew productivity, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Order materials, manage inventory, and maintain tools and equipment.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices.

  • Document project progress, complete job reports, and communicate updates to management.

  • Inspect completed electrical work for safety and code compliance.

  • Assist with labor, materials, and project estimating.

  • Respond to emergency service calls and provide on-site leadership during critical repairs or outages.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical experience.

  • 5+ years managing crews of 10–15 electricians.

  • Experience running medium to large-scale electrical projects.

  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA regulations.

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.

  • Skilled in conduit bending, panel installation, motor controls, and power distribution.

  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring capabilities.

  • Clean and valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug screen.

  • Must provide own tools.
