Description

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our Orlando team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent operational support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. 
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup. 
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. 
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory control activities. 
• Operate a forklift safely after completing company certification requirements. 
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. 
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines. 
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support daily operational needs as assigned. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. 
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. 
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability. 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic organizational and communication skills. 
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and become forklift certified. 
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
