CDL-A OTR Driver | Experienced & Recent Grads

Location: Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL

Position Type: Solo, Mentor or Recent CDL Graduates

We hiring Class A CDL drivers within 90 miles of Orlando, FL for multiple OTR opportunities. Positions are available for experienced solo drivers, qualified drivers interested in becoming mentors, and recent CDL graduates who need to complete their over-the-road training.

With steady freight, no-touch loads, and multiple career paths available, drivers have the opportunity to choose the position that best fits their experience and goals.

OTR SOLO DRIVER

Experienced drivers can get on the road with consistent freight and predictable home time between trips.

Solo Position:

• OTR routes
• Typically 10–14 days out
• Home time between trips
• 100% no-touch freight
• Consistent year-round miles
• Late-model equipment
• Weekly pay

Solo Pay:

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on experience
• Additional performance incentives may be available

EARN MORE AS A DRIVER MENTOR

Experienced CDL-A drivers may also have the opportunity to become a Driver Mentor, helping new drivers complete their required OTR training while earning additional pay.

Mentors receive priority miles and are compensated for taking a trainee on the truck.

Typical Mentor Assignment:

• Approximately 11 days OTR
• Day 1 is an observation day
• Days 2–11 are qualifying training days
• Opportunity to take home time or run solo between trainees
• Priority miles during training assignments
• Structured online training checklists provided

Mentor Pay:

• Base pay of $0.45–$0.55 CPM, based on experience
• +$0.10 CPM mentor/training pay
• Up to +$0.10 CPM productivity pay
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available
• Weekly pay

Depending on base pay and applicable productivity incentives, qualified mentors may earn up to $0.75 CPM.

RECENT CDL GRADUATES WELCOME

Don't have three months of experience yet? Recent Class A CDL graduates may qualify for our entry-level training path.

New drivers are paired with an experienced mentor for hands-on OTR training before transitioning into a solo driving position.

New Driver Pay & Training:

• Paid training program
• OTR training with an experienced driver mentor
• $0.35 CPM during training and while gaining the first 3 months of experience
• After completing 3 months of experience, eligible drivers can upgrade to the standard experienced-driver pay scale

EXPERIENCED DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

The 3-month experience requirement does not apply to applicants who qualify for the recent CDL graduate training program.
