What You'll Do

  • Perform blood specimen collection and phlebotomy procedures
  • Insert peripheral IVs
  • Coordinate specimen collection for inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Assist with patient registration and billing requirements
  • Process specimens and maintain laboratory supplies
  • Perform bedside testing, including glucose testing
  • Support outreach phlebotomy services
  • Train staff and maintain quality standards
  • Build positive relationships with patients, providers, and team members

✅ Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR Certification
  • Current Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, NPA, ASPT, or equivalent accredited program)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and various shifts
