About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Supervise and train shop staff to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide production.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures.
- Coordinate workflow and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
