Position Summary The Project Manager IV leads complex, high-value design and construction projects for government facilities. This role oversees all phases from planning through occupancy while managing scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance. Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale construction projects from planning through closeout Develop project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement strategies Serve as on-site project manager, overseeing daily field operations and resolving complex issues Review and approve design documents, submittals, and project deliverables Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety standards, and quality requirements Provide technical expertise across building systems and construction practices Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and government stakeholders Lead project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget Travel to project sites as needed   QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or 10 years of relevant experience Master’s degree preferred Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems Proficiency in project management, scheduling, cost estimating, and construction documentation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple high-value projects and lead multidisciplinary teams Experience with project management and estimating software Why Choose MIRACORP?
