What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll work directly with customers while representing a variety of client campaigns across the Orlando area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face interactions.
Building positive relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Introducing customers to products, services, or charitable initiatives.
Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Supporting customers through the registration or sales process.
Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign objectives.
