Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at our office in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide assistance to customers over the phone and in person at the branch. Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers
• Communicating material delivery information and all changes in delivery times and materials to customers
• Entering orders and quotes electronically and promptly
• Ensuring the accuracy of pricing and quantities for orders and quotes
• Preparing delivery tickets and establishing lead times for orders
• Coordinating truck for on-time delivery of materials        
• Auditing truckloads before deliveries  
• Making sales calls to current and prospective customers 
• Coordinating with the sales team to fill light truckloads with additional materials
• Recording and auditing customer issues and concerns
• Inventory control
• Assisting with various administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous building material or construction experience
• Detail-oriented and service-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication 
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
