The role you’ll contribute:
The Healthcare Design and Construction Project Coordinator II (PCII) works under the Healthcare Design and Construction Project Manager Sr. II and Project Manager(s) on all projects assigned. The PCII coordinates, expedites, and distributes project information including changes in project priorities with respect to schedule, performance and budget. The PCII reads, interprets and understands construction drawings and plans for compliance with applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. The PCII works closely with contractors, subcontractors and other team members throughout the project lifecycle. The PCII actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Assists in the close-out and commissioning of the building, including OEM, staff training, as-built drawings, warranty escrow, and compliance with all contractual requirements of contractors and architects.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Office of Design and Construction.
Other duties as assigned.
Coordinates pre-construction activities with contractors, project managers, design consultants, and other professionals.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
7+ Seven years’ progressively responsible construction project coordination experience Required
Architecture License - Florida (ARCH) Current registration with Florida State Board of Nursing Required
