About the Role:
Lords Kingdom Academy in Orlando, FL is looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment for elementary-age students
- Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and evaluations
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and performance
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support school-wide initiatives and goals
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and grade documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid Florida State Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Prior classroom or student teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, instruction, and child development
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented school environment
