We are looking for a dedicated Engineer II to join our Engineering & Maintenance team! As part of the family, you’ll play a key role in keeping our property operating smoothly while delivering the warm, reliable hospitality we’re known for.   What You’ll Do As our Engineer II, you will: Perform routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Complete daily work orders promptly and effectively Assist with property improvement projects and equipment installations Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism Ensure compliance with safety procedures, local codes, and brand standards Support the Engineering team in maintaining a clean and organized workshop Respond to emergency situations as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities, or a related field Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on-call when required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed Bonus if you have: EPA certification HVAC experience
