The Environmental Services (EVS) department at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care in one of the state’s most dynamic healthcare environments. Position Summary:
The Environmental Services Technician level I isresponsible for executing the daily dutiesrequired to establish and maintain a safe, clean, healing environment. Responsible for ensuring daily room cleaning and timely room turnaround times related to patient throughput within the basic principles of environmental hygiene and infection prevention. The Environmental Services Technician, in accordance with organizationalstandards of quality, is an essential contributor to cleaning, disinfection, infection prevention, and customer experience.
