As an Event & Field Marketing Agent, you’ll help introduce homeowners to a premium roofing product through events, retail activations, and neighborhood outreach initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Represent Metlok at home shows, retail events, community events, and target neighborhoods
Engage with homeowners and educate them about Metlok’s innovative roofing system
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Set up and break down event booths and displays
Deliver a pre-qualifying presentation using company-approved methodology
Maintain professionalism and brand standards during all customer interactions
Provide event recaps, lead reporting, and accurate CRM updates
Partner with the marketing and sales teams to help achieve company goals

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service or similar experience required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Sales or lead generation experience is a plus
Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment
Reliable transportation and ability to transport event materials
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods outdoors and at events
Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check if offered the position
