Join the Huey Magoo’s Team as our Financial Analyst!
The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting functions; delivering financial and operational insights that drive decision-making across departments and helping build out the FP&A and Accounting department.
As the Financial Analyst, some responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models throughout the fiscal year.
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports (financial and non-financial) for leadership and department stakeholders.
- Create and manage controls to track new and existing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports.
- Produce value and performance reports for various departments.
- Price new menu items and track product mix.
- Provide store-level payroll support.
- Measure and report on the ROI of marketing incentives.
- Prepare and analyze labor reports.
- Assist with the monthly close process.
- Support new projects to build out and improve the FP&A and Accounting department.
- Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (plus bonus potential)
