Job description:

Fastening Specialists is expanding across Western Florida West I-75 corridor from Naples to Pensacola and looking for a proven Outside Sales Professional to take command of this market. We supply top-tier fastening solutions to building material suppliers— and we reward performance, not time in the seat.

The Role:
You’ll own the Western Florida market, calling on lumber yards, building supply houses, and construction suppliers. You’ll inherit active accounts to generate immediate sales but will be measured primarily on new account growth and market penetration.

This is not a “check-in-and-hope” sales job. We expect high activity, strong relationship building, and consistent results — and we give you the tools, pricing, and team to make it happen.

Pay: Commission Based                                     

• Uncapped commission — top performers earn $100K+ year one, significantly more in year two.          

• Full benefits, PTO, and holidays.

What Success Looks Like:

• Growing your territory GP month over month.

• Adding new LBM accounts every quarter.

• Increasing wallet share in existing accounts.

• Maintaining strong account relationships with consistent in-person visits.
